Don’t you appreciate it when something get’s right to the point? Yeah, me too.
HOA’s are sometimes a difficult organization to work with. Many won’t allow your average real estate agent’s sign which we’re all so used to seeing. So, we carve these and it’s usually a hit with everyone involved.
These aren’t carved from wood, nor are they sandblasted. They use paylight foamed PVC and are made in such a way they appear to be wood. The paint is crisp and sharp due to techniques I use to make certain that happens, and the paint selected will last a long time.
The size is under the usually prescribed 9sqft, and the thickness is generally one inch for the panel itself. For locals, I throw the painted post in for free – folks who oreder these get the panel and the harware to use their own supplied post, but get out of shipping.
Cost is in the $800 range, but varies both up and down depending on complexity and if one or two sided.
