Full Size Mahogany Shadow Box – Assembled

Made of marine grade mahogany plywood that is usually intended for the custom yacht industry, edge banded to appear as solid wood (plywood is a lot more stable and stronger than solid wood), and with acrylic lens.

We can attach a fixture, such as the carved combat engineer ‘castle’ in the images, and build out for single or double flags.  Just leave a comment on the order form and we’ll make it happen!

This guy is NOT ‘that’ heavy.  It’s somewhere in the 125lbs range loaded and complete.  It will stand on a table by itself, or can be hung on a wall if properly anchored into a stud.

There are three variations of this thing.  You can purchase a ‘kit’ which arrives ready to be finished and assembled and save some money.  You can order it constructed and finished (clear poly and waxed) and ‘load’ it yourself.  You can order it completely assembled and ready to present- which requires a lot of communication between us and involvement of a third party (a local lady) who is very good at that job.

The variation you’re choosing here is finished and assembled- meaning it will come out of the shipping container ready to LOAD with your collected keepsakes.  The finish is poly and wax.  The acrylic will have the protective cover on one side and will be affixed to the shadowbox- meaning you’ll have to remove it to load it up.

No matter how you order it, it is an absolutely top of the line custom shadow box with custom carving and etching, and has everything the larger one does except the side shelves.

Though the pictures show a Shadowbox WITH side shelves, this one will have none.
